#AlcarazISS

An educational innovation project that seeks to bring different branches of science and technology to rural areas. Among many other initiatives and activities, the Studio21 Alcaraz organization has been working for 4 years on this project, involving the region of the Sierra de Alcaraz and Campo de Montiel in a scientific project that will culminate with a question and answer session with an astronaut aboard the International Space Station.

Connecting the rural world to space

As part of the project, several receiving stations are being installed in Alcaraz. They allow us to receive information from different satellites, to investigate and learn how long range communications work.
